* Chicken Breast, no skin, 410 grams ( minced) * Buttermilk, lowfat, 0.25 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 small * *Breadcrumbs, 1 cup garlic & onion powder, salt & pepper, cajun seasoning
Directions
mix buttermilk + chicken + seasonings & coat with eggs & breadcrumbs then fry or bake till cooked.
