Grilled Lime Oregano Chicken

Ingredients
12 oz. chicken breast (boneless, skinless)1/2 fresh lime (peeled and diced)1 clove garlic, crushed1 tsp. dried oregano1 Tbsp. olive oil1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
Divide chicken breast into 2 pieces. Wash and pat dry. Place in shallow dish or ziploc bag. In separate dish or bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stir well and pour over chicken. Marinate for 20 minutes (or up to 2 hours).

Grill chicken for 7 to 10 minutes per side, or until there is no trace of pink when tested.
