400g Dry Red Kidney 100 g Dry Aduki Beans100g Dry Cannellini Beans2 Cans Chopped Tomatoes50g Tomato Paste2Tbsp Cumin Powder1 tsp Hot Chili Powder1 tsp Hot Paprika1 tsp Cayenne Pepper spice6 cups Water500g Beef lean steak mince (optional)
Place Kidney, Aduki and Cannellini beans in large bowl, cover with water and soak for 12 hours.
Drain and rinse beans.
Mix all ingredients in slow cooker, including uncooked mince (if using) and cook on high for a minimum of 8 hours or until beans are tender.
Serve plain or with cooked rice.
Serving Size: Makes approx 8 two cup servings
