Berndt's Potted Beef & Rice Dish

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 1 pieceBarley, pearled, raw, .5 cupWhite Rice, long grain, 2 cupBeans, pinto, 2 cupTomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 servingGarlic, 2 tbspLea & Perrin's, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tbsp Diced Chilies, 4 servingOnion powder, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dashAllspice, 1 tsp
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef in pot.
Season with onion powder, black pepper and Allspice.
Spread minced garlic over beef.
Drain and add pinto beans around the base of the beef in the pot.
Add Worcestershire sauce over beef and beans.
Add diced chilies, spreading over beef.
Add tomatoes with juice, around beef over beans.
Add pearled barley.
Cover and set on Low.
Shortly prior to serving, boil water and cook rice.
