1 turkey carcass or turkey breast carcass4 qt water1 tsp marjoram2 bay leaves4 celery stalks chopped2 onions chopped1 tsp salt3 cups cooked turkey4 cups cooked barilla plus penne1 bag mixed vegetables
Place turkey carcass in slow cooker. Cover with 4 qt water. Put in marjoram, bay leaves, salt, celery and onions. Cook in slow cooker on low for 7 hours. Strain soup. Remove and dispose of celery, onions and bones. Chop up any large pieces of meat and place back in slow cooker. Add the 3 cups cooked turkey, pasta and bag of mixed vegetables and cook on high for 1 hour.
