Quinoa Cheesey Bites

Ingredients
2 cups Quinoa (cooked)2 lg eggs1 cup shredded carrots2 stalks green onion2 cloves garlic1/4 cup fresh cilantro1/2 cup Parm cheese2 tbsp flour1/2 tsp seasoned salt1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper(Can substitute parsley for cilantro)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients
Spray mini muffin pan or use mini cupcake liners

Fill completely

bake for 15 to 20 minutes
