Banana Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup turbinado sugar1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1.5 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup nonfat milk3 small bananas mashed 1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup raisins1/3 cup walnuts
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Measure sugar, baking soda, salt and flour, stir well to combine
3. Add oil, milk, applesauce, mashed bananas and vanilla, mix well until flour is moistened
4. Fold in raisins and walnuts
5. Fill 6 cup nonstick muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray until 2/3 full
6. Bake 18-22 mins, remove from pan immediately
