Fat Flush turkey, veggie, and bean soup

Ingredients
1 3/4 lbs ground turkey 93/101 tsp olive oil2 zuchhinis diced fine2 summer squash diced fine4 garlic cloves minced46 oz V8 vegetable juice low sodium14 oz tomato sauce1 can black beans rinsed and drained1 tbs cumin1 tbs fennel1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 cup cilantro1/4 cup parsley
Directions
Brown turkey in stockpot, remove. Add oil, zuchhini, summer squash, garlic and saute until tender. Add back in turkey, add V8, tomato sauce, spices simmer for 20 minutes. Add cilantro and parsley cook for 5 minutes.
