Pork Taco Filling

Ingredients
1-lb ground pork1/2 cup chopped med White onion2-cloves minced garlic1 cup colby / jack cheese (for topping) 1-cup Shredded Romane Lettuce (for topping) 1- cup chopped tomato (for topping)
Directions
Brown ground pork with onion, garlic and spices. Drain any excess grease.

Add to your favorite (low carb or corn) Torilla's with fresh veggies and cheese on top. (optional add salsa)

Can also put over bed of lettuce eat as taco salad.

Serving Size: makes 8 1/2 cup servings
