Ingredients
about 2lbs left over pot roast, cubed10C beef stock** +1/4C Worcestershire Sauce** 1T Garlic powder**1tsp Salt**1tsp pepper**10 small fingerling potatoes, halved10 boiler onions, halved10oz package of mushrooms, halved1/2C flour1/4C corn starch**used these ingredients in cooking my pot roast in the crock pot. +I only used the worcestershire sauce as liquid when I made the pot roast, it created about 10C liquid from cooking in the crock pot...this is the 10C stock I have listed above
Directions
throw all ingredients into the crock pot. cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours
