Thai Peanut Noodles with Chicken

1/2 cup low-sodium, fat free chicken broth3 tbsp. creamy peanut butter1 1/2 tbsp. honey3 tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium3 garlic cloves, pressed4 servings thin spaghetti (your choice)chopped green onions for garnish1 lime cut into quarters, for garnishchopped peanuts (1 cup)
Begin cooking chicken in olive oil with some red pepper flakes (optional), cooked through and chop. Cook noodles in water and in the meantime combine chicken broth, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk until smooth and remove from heat. Toss cooked noodles and chicken with sauce and divide among four bowls. Sprinkle with green onions, peanuts and garnish with a lime wedge. Before eating, squeeze lime juice over noodles.
