Spanish Red Rice

Ingredients
3 cups white long grain rice6 cups water1/2 can tomato sauce2 cubes Maggi Chicken bouillon2 packets sazon Goya seasoning1 packet hamon Goya seasoning3 tbsp. light olive oil2 tbsp. Sofrito (frozen dept)1 med. onion chopped2 tbsp. minced garlic1 bottle manzanilla spanish olives (drained)1 can vienna sausage (drained)
Directions
Heat light olive oil in a deep pot and sautee the following ingredients: Onion, garlic, Sofrito, chicken bouillon. (sautee for 5 min.) Add water, tomato sauce, sazon seasoning, hamon seasoning, spanish olives, and vienna sausage and bring to boil. Add rice and stir. Boil for 10 min. and stir. Lower temp and simmer for 60 min. stirring occasionally.
