slow cooker chili

Ingredients
1 Reynolds Slow Cooker Liner1 lb lean ground beef1 medium green or red bell pepper, chopped1 small onion, chopped, (about 1/2 cup if frozen)2 cans (15 oz) red kidney beans, undrained2 pkgs (1.25 oz) chili seasoning mix1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce (or 2-8oz cans)1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilieslight sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, optional
Directions
1.Place slow cooker liner snugly in slow cooker bowl and pull top of liner over rim of bowl.
2. Brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion over med-high heat in a skillet, drain if desired.
3.Add beef mixture into slow cooker liner.
4.Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then add to beef; stir well.
5.Place lid on slow cooker, cooking on LOW for 6-7 hours OR on HIGH for 3-3 1/2 hours until heated through.
6.Serve directly from lined slow cooker.
7.Cool slow cooker completely; remove liner and toss.
