    Have to cut thin with a mandolin have to chips good and thi ,cut with a k ife,first-time andthey qere not thin enoughtoss at end very needed chips get soft right away. We put bread in storage bag likeyou would for brown sugar, it was no help. Chips good, - 5/4/17
