Cubed Beef Steak, 4 oz Baby Carrots 1 cupPeas, frozen, 1 cup Red Skin Potato, 1 cup Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup, 1 cup Corn, Green Giant Extra Sweet Niblets (Can), 1 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Quaker Quick Barley, 1 cup Beef Broth - Swanson, 16 ozMilk, nonfat, 1 cup (broth) Mrs Dash, 1 serving (remove)Dumplings:Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (dumplings)Jiffy Mix Baking Mix, 1 cup
Add flour, beef broth, Cream of Celery Soup, milk & Mrs.Dash to crockpot and wisk. Add Veggies & cubed beef steak and set crockpot on High for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. When veggies are tender and meat is cooked throughout, mix Jiffy Mix and milk in a separate bowl. Add quick barley & spoon dumpling mix on top. Cover crockpot and cook another 15 minutes. All Done!
