Hummus - Homemade

Ingredients
1 cup of chickpeas (dry)1 clove of garlic1 juice, lemonsalt to tasteand water to help blend.Cayenne pepper and parsley as garnish
Directions
Soak chickpeas overnight. Place in pot and cover with water, let boil for 10 minutes reduce heat and let cook until soft, about 1hr 30 min. Blend in food processor or blender. Blend all ingredients together except cayenne and parsley.
