Blend together:2 eggs1.5 cups egg substitute (Egg Beaters)2 cups Almond Milk - unsweetened original (40 cal.)0.5 cups flour1 tbsp butterAdd 1.5 cups grated cheese and pulse to combinePour into ungreased 9 inch pie plate.Add any desired fillings with the cheese. e.g. Brocolli, meats, sauted onions, mushrooms, spinach, etc. (in this recipe I added, broccoli, onion, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, spinach, turkey bacon)
Blend as indicated. Pour into 9 inch ungreased pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 to 60 mins
Serves 6 to 8. Serve with salad greens and balsamic vinegarette.
