STIR IN THE SAUCE AND THEN SPRINKLE150 GRAMS UNCOOKED BASMATI RICE ON TOP AND ADD 150 ML WATER MAKING SURE THE RICE IS COVERED. DO NOT STIR. BRING TO THE BOIL, COVER AND SIMMER ON A VERY LOW HEAT FOR TWENTY MINUTES. REMOVE FROM THE HEAT AND REST FOR TEN MINUTES.
