Skinny Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
2 cups (about 4oz) shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese8 ounces cream cheese, softened2 tbsp mayonnaise.35 cup Fat free Greek yogurt1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (optional)1/4 teaspoon paprika1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimento, drainedsalt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Mash the pimento with a fork to a smooth consistency so it will mix better.
Place the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, minced jalapeno, and pimento into the large bowl of a mixer. Beat at medium speed until thoroughly combined.
