White Bean Vichyssoise

Ingredients
Beans, white, 6 cup Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Leeks, 5 leek Shallots, 8 tbsp chopped Onions, raw, 1 large Garlic, 1 clove Milk, 1%, 4 cup
Directions
cook organic white beans until very soft and glossy - puree
wash and cut alliums
saute in olive oil until transluscent
add milk and simmer till tender
use immersion blender to make smooth
add bean puree - stir

Serving Size: makes 8 1.5 cup servings
