Green Chili Cheese soup

Ingredients
Directions
1.5 C chopped chicken1 med onion1 C celery3 potatoes peeled and diced3 C chicken broth or boullion1 16 oz cream corn1 8 oz can green chilis chopped1 lb low fat velveta
Put all ingredients except cheese in slowcooker, stir to mix.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
One hour before serving turn cooker to high
Add cheese and stir occasionally until cheese melts
lower heat to serve
Ladel into bowels top with optional Montery Jack cheese and chives. Serve with optional torttillas
