Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)Broccoli, frozen, 3.9 package (10 oz) Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 16 oz Flour, white, .25 cup Chicken Boullion Granules, 8 serving Water, tap, 8.5 cup (8 fl oz)
chop the onion and sweat it in the pan with a little oil spray. Add 8 cups of water and the chicken boullion and the broccoli. Bring it to a boil and add the 2% Velveeta cut in cubes. Whisk the flour and 1/2 cup of water together and stir it in. return to boil. Makes 16 generous 1 cup servings.
