1 chicken breast b/s cut in half length way. to make 2 chicken fillets1 slice whole grain wheat bread (or wheat bread crumbs)1 cup whole grain spaghetti noodleshunts spaghetti sauce originalkraft fat free singles SWISS
dry bread either by toasting it or letting it set out. place in food processor to make bread crumbs. coat chicken with bread crumbs. spray pan with none stick cookin spray (0calories) have noodles boiling in a pot while u are doing the chicken. place each breaded chicken in pan and cook on each side for about 5 min. until no more pink is left. add noodles to plate top with spagetti sauce breaded cooked chicken add one fat free swiss single on top of the chicken and enjoy!!!
