Ingredients
Walmart Tilapia fillets, 4 ozPhyllo Dough, 2 sheet dough Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1.5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp Seasoningscooking spray
Directions
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees. Spray each sheet of phyllo dough with non cooking spray while layering on top of each other. Mix the mayo, parmesan cheese and seasonings together in a bowl. Spread the mayo mixture evenly on top of a thawed tilapia fillet. Place the fillet on the phyllo dough about 1 inch from the edge lengthwise. Fold the sides of the phyllo dough over to cover the sides of the fillet (you will have about a 1 inch "seam" all the way down the sides of the phyllo dough). Take the fish carefully and fold it over and over within the phyllo dough. The fillet will now be covered completely with the phyllo dough like a package. Spray the top of the package with cooking spray. Bake 11-13 minutes.
