Ingredients
1/2 pre-cooked rotisserie chicken picked and skinned1 cup fresh baby spinach1/2 cup green pepper chopped1/2 cup onion chopped1/2 cup celery chopped1/4 cup low-fat mayonaise3/4 dried cranberriessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on salad green or for sandwich.
