Paleo Pizza Crust (Almond Flour)

Ingredients
2 C Almond Meal2 eggs3 T EVOO1/4 t baking soda3 T Italian Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350'

Mix all crust ingredients together till thick. Form dough into ball

Lightly grease pizza pan or cookie sheet and place dough ball on it, spreading it out w/ your hands. Makes about a 12 in across circle

Bake just crust for 20 min (I only did 10 min, last time and it wasn't so dry)

While crust is baking, prepare pizza toppings

Once crust is done, top it w/ your fav pizza toppings and bake for an add'l 25-30 min's. (I did less time, again, here. Like maybe 10-15 more min since everything was already cooked thru).
