Jubb's Electrolyte Lemonade

Ingredients
3 Organic Lemons, with the white pith, no seeds or rind3 Tbsp Organic Raw Flax Seed Oil (or Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or Coconut Oil)1 Organic Apple, remove core if desired (or 1 Organic Pear)1 Tsp Celtic Sundried Sea Salt6 Cups Pure / Charged Water3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or Raw Honey, or Stevia Equivalent)
Directions
1. In a food processor or powerful blender, process the apple and lemon segments with pith (see tip to remove from the rind) until fine.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process or blend.

3. You will have a frothy, nutritious drink.

4. Refigerate.
