Mr. louboys cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter ( 2 sticks room temp)1 cup light brown sugar ( packed)1 cup granulated white sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract2 cups all purpose white flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt12 oz chocolate chips1 1/2 cups chopped nuts1/2 cup plumped raisins
Directions
pre heat oven to 350

cream together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 5-6 mins ( trust me it takes that long of not longer) scrape the sides of the bowl 1/2 way threw.

once creamed add eggs one at a time and then vanilla. mix thoroughly.

measure out the oats and place them in a food processor or blender and pluse them a couple of times to powderize them.

measure out the rest of your dry ingredients ( flour baking powder, baking soda,and salt) and mix in wisk together with the oats. ( wisking makes sure that the leveners are evenly distributed)

slowly add four mixture to creamed butter mixture, scrap the sides after each addition is well incorporated.

add chocolate chips, nuts and raisins and mix until incorporated. do not over mix.

using a 1 tbl cookie scoop , scoop out level cookies and bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet for 8- 10 mins depending on your oven.
