lentil/split pea slow cooker stew

Ingredients
1 cup lentils1 cup split peas4 TBS vegetable bouillon5 cups water1 TBS olive oil1 garlic clove.5 cup onion3 cups spinach2 bay leaves1 TBS rosemary 1Tbs Tarragon Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil.
Place in crock pot when translucent.
Add all the other ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add the spinach at the last 30 minutes.
