Laine's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 roll breakfast sausagedozen eggs1 package cube extra firm tofu1 cup shredded cheddar6 tsp Siracha
Directions
brown sausage and tofu together - place on paper towel to absorb excess grease and fat.

Pour mixture into 2 qt casserole dish - sprayed with Pam

Scramble eggs and mix in cheese. Pour over sauasage tofu mixture

bake 40 minutes mixing occassionally with fork
