Warm Veggie Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 red bell pepper1/5 medium onion1/2 cup of chopped fresh mushroomsolive oil / cooking spray for cooking2 tsp olive oil1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
1. saute lightly in olive oil or with cooking spray
2. mean while combine 2 tsp olive oil with 1 tsp balsamic vinegar. season to taste. i seasoned with italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
3. turn off heat when veggies are cooked as desired.
4. combine veggies and dressing mix, toss over salad
