28 oz canned diced tomatoes (blended to make sauce)2 cups water1 cup heavy whipping cream4 pkgs (or 8 tsp) Splenda
Directions
Blend tomatoes in blender till smooth. Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Heat and serve.
