Rachael Ray's Chicken Patty Pockets

Ingredients
2 tablespoon cilantro leaves (or as much as you like)2 tablespoon mint leaves (or as much as you like)2 cloves of garlic, chopped2 tablespoon Greek style plain yogurt1 tablespoon cumin1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon (recommended: McCormick Montreal Seasoning)1 pound ground chicken or ground lamb2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 2 turns of the pan2 whole wheat pita pockets1 medium tomato2 cups of lettuce1 cucumber1/2 a lemon
Directions
Finely chop herbs, and garlic . In a bowl combine the herbs, yogurt, garlic, and seasoning. Add the meat and mix to combine...
Form into 4, very thin patties (1/2" thick).
Wash up and preheat a large nonstick skillet with a couple tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook patties 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Chop and mix greens and vegetables together. Dress with juice from 1/2 a lemon.

Cut tops off the bread and fill pita pockets with patties and veggies.
