Chickpea Cookie Pie, Holistic Recipe

1 can of organic chickpeas, drained and rinsed1/2 cup gluten free quick oats2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil1/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp homemade baking powder, see recipe1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt1/4 cup raw honey (if you like it sweeter, add 1/3 cup raw honey)1 tsp pure vanilla extract1/2 cup Enjoy life mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Put all the ingredients (except chocolate chips) into a food processor. Mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Place batter in a greased 9" pie dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
