1 box (8.5oz)Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix1 egg1/2 tsp lemon juice1 sm can (1 cup) cream style corn1/4 c. Sargento reduced fat 2% milk sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
mix ingredients, pour into a greased or sprayed 8x8 inch baking dish or a muffin tin. Bake at 400F (preheated) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
