Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 lb cooked chicken breast0.4 lb diced onion (1 med)0.3 lb diced celery (2 stalks)0.4 lb mayonnaise1 tsp seasonings as desired: I used Adobo (a season salt), pepper and garlic powder
Directions
Chop with a knife if you like a coarser texture, use food processor if you like a smoother product. Mix everything. For best results, let set for 1-2 hours before serving so the flavors have a chance to blend.

Serving Size: Makes 2 lbs chicken salad. Portion 0.2 per sandwitch/ or a muffin scoop.
