Ingredients
2 potatoes, diced1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped carrot1 chopped onion3 cloves of garlic, chopped1 cup fresh green beans1/3 cup pearl barley1/2 cup basmati rice4 cups of vegetable broth1 tbsp butter
Directions
saute the onions, garlic, carrot, and celery in butter. season with pepper and salt. Add potatoes cook until vegetables are soft. Add broth, and add green beans. Add parsley and dill and more pepper. Let cook another 20 minutes and serve.
