Honey Ancho Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
5 dried Ancho chiles stemmed and seeded1 cup warm water1/3 cup of honey8 tbsp of ketchup.25 tsp garlic powder
Directions
stem and seed peppers, dilute honey in warm water add chiles to rehydrate put them in a food processor with the rest of the ingredients and puree.

Serving Size: makes 2 cups of sauce about 32 tablespoons
