Rebecca's Cornbread

Ingredients
1 1/4 c. corn meal3/4 c. brown rice flour2 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 egg1 tbsp. olive oil1/2 c. almond milk1/2 c. water1 tsp. salt
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp. oil in iron skillet.
Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour into skillet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into 12 slices.

Serving Size: 12 slices (when cooked in iron skillet)
