Ingredients
1lb thin lean steak 3 large carrots cut into sticks3 large pickles cut into spears3 tsp mustard1 can beef brothSalt and pepper
Directions
Makes 4 veggie filled meat rolls

-Cut meat in to 4 stips and pound thin
-spread each piece with about a tsp of mustard
-salt and pepper to taste
-Divide the carrot sticks and pickle slices even among the 4 strips and lay them short ways (so the will stick out of the ends when you roll it up)
-Roll up strips and wrap each one with bacon
-Brown on all sides
-Bake in a dish in teh beef broth for 30min at 350
