Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 large Chicken breast half, cooked and cooled1/2 cup mayonnaise3 Tbsp sweet relish1/2 tsp celery seed2 tsp lemon juice concentrateSaltPepper*** The chicken breast I used equaled 2 1/4 cups cooked and shredded.
Directions
Makes 7, 1/4 cup servings

Shred cooked chicken breast, I do this with my fingers. Add remaining ingredients. Can be eaten right away or refrigerated for later use. Serve on crackers or bread.

This would also be good including celery or onion, but my husband is opposed to both.
