1/2 cup Becel margarine2 cups flour1 tsp salt1 egg1/2 tsp baking powder1 cup sugar5 very ripe bananas1 tsp baking soda
Preheat over to 350 F. Grease or place paper baking cups into baking tray. Place bananas in mixer and mix until very smooth, then set aside. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda until blended and set aside. Beat egg, add sugar, and continue to beat well until light and creamy. Add margarine and beat well. Add flour and banana mixture alternatively until well blended. Pour mixture into prepared baking tray and bake to 350 F for 15-20 minutes.
