Alona's Vegan Cassoulet

Ingredients
*Soyrizo, Vegan Chorizo, 4 oz (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Tofu, firm, 1 cup (remove)*Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 1 cup (remove)Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 20 serving (remove)Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, .33 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Directions
Dice the onions, tomatos, and mushrooms and sautee them in olive oil on medium. After the onions have carmelized a little bit add in the soy rizo. Stirfry together for about 5 minutes, and add in the sauce and the beans. Let cook for another 5 minutes for all the ingredients to combine flavors. This ends up being pretty solid, if you would like it more saucelike, add a cup of water when adding the savce.
