2 medium Bananas (very ripe), mashed2 tbsp Soy Milk2 tbsp Sugar-free Preserves, St. Dalfour Wild Blueberry1/4 cup Raisins1/4 cup fresh Blueberries1-1/2 cups Oatmeal1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Vanilla1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
