Tortellini Chowder

Ingredients
4 slices of bacon, diced1 cup of red potatos, cut into 1/4" pieces1 cup of frozen pepper strips1 can of evaporated milk1 1/2 cups of water1 350g package of tortellini1/2 cup of onion, minced1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
In stock pot, over medium heat, cook bacon until done, remove bacon from pan and set aside.
To drippings in pan add potatos and onion. Cook until potatos soften, (5-10 min), add a bit of water if more moisture is required.
Stir in 1.5 cups of water, evaporated milk, peppers, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and then add tortellini; cook until tender (8-10min).
Remove from heat and stir in bacon.

Serving Size: 6 - 1.5 cup servings
