Buttered Rice

Ingredients
1/2 C White Rice1/2 C Brown Rice1 Stick butter1/4 C Orzo Pasta (or spagetti long noodle broken up into pieces)
Directions
Melt & render 1 stick of butter add Orzo and brown, add white & brown rice to mixture add 3 C water bring to boil cover and simmer until rice is cooked. Makes approx. 8 1/2-C servings
