Spanish Squash

Ingredients
3 Medium Squash 1 Onion 1lb Ground Turkey3 tblsp Chili Powder2 tbls ground cumin1 can diced tomatoessaltpepper
Directions
Brown meat throughly and drain grease.
Cut squash into 1/4 inch medallions
Slice onion into thin strips
After meat is browned and drained add all ingriedients and let simmer for about 30 minutes until sqash is tender.

    Very tasty! Filling and good for me. Yay! I figured deer was a typo and I used ground beef. The next time I make it I will add green pepper or some other mild pepper. This appeals to the whole family. - 8/15/07
