Pork Loin Slow Cooker Roast

Ingredients
3 lb pork tenderloin roast3 tsp crushed garlic1 tsp chinese 5 spice1 tsp curry1 tsp turmeric1 tsp salt1/2 tsp crushed black pepper2 tlb e.v.o.o.1/2 tsp liquid smoke1 tsp johnnys seasoningjuice from 1 lime
Directions
sprinkle roast with johnnys seasoning, and pepper. brown in large skillet w/1 tlb e.v.o.o.
in slow cooker put 1 tlb e.v.o.o. and liquid smoke. in a bowl mix lime juice, garlic and dry ingredients. after browning roast place in slow cooker and pour lime mixture over, cover with a lid and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours... cook til no longer pink in center
