Easy baked Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil 1 cloves garlic, crushed hot red pepper flakes, to taste 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 cups marinara sauce 1 Tbsp dried basil 4 oz skim mozzarella, shredded 2 oz low fat parmesan2.5 oz (1/2 package) garlic croutons
Directions
Sprinkle the olive oil and garlic in the bottom of a 9X9 baking dish. Place the chicken breasts on top Pour marinara over the chicken. Layer basil, 1/2 the cheeses, croutons, rest of the cheese. Place in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 155.
