Keilbasa pasta

4 cups (dry) spinach fettuccini1 medium onion, chopped2 tsp canola oil1 Stalk broccoli stem, cut up8 oz Keilbasa (1/2 package)6 oz frozen spinach1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes1 can (15 oz) great northern beans, rinsed and drained4 oz black olives, sliced2 Tbsp capers1/2 Tbsp salt1 tsp pepper2 oz feta cheese
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain most of the way. Cook onions, broccoli stalk and keilbasa in oil until the keilbasa is cooked through and the onions are tender. Add spinach, tomatoes, beans, olives, capers, salt and pepper and cook until spinach is defrosted. Add noodles. cook until liquid is gone. Serve with feta cheese crumbled on top
